HTC Vive Pro for professionals
The good screen quality and the large playing field make the HTC Vive Pro the best Virtual Reality headset for use at events. We regularly use HTC Vive Pro for presentations, trade shows, workshops and company parties.
We have selected Virtual Reality experiences especially for events. We also pay attention to the length, level of difficulty and easy operation. We can always give you suitable advice for deploying Virtual Reality at events.
How does the HTC Vive Pro work
1. Choose an appropriate location
Choose an area of at least 2 to 2 meters and make sure that the VR space is free of objects.
2. Install the base stations
Place the base stations on two opposite corners of the playing field. For example, place them on top of a cupboard or use the supplied tripods.
3. Connect to the PC
Connect the headset to the PC. Make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements and install the required software.
4. Connect the controllers
The controllers automatically connect when turning on the HTC Vive headset
5. Configure the headset
Adjust the headband of the headset and adjust the lenses for optimal quality and comfort

The HTC Vive Pro is the upgrade of the popular original HTC Vive VR headset. The HTC Vive Pro has been specially developed for professional use. Compared to the original Vive, a number of improvements have been made. For example, the resolution of the screen is increased and the headphones are built-in. In addition, the weight is better distributed so that you can also wear the headset comfortably for a longer period of time. Finally, the sensors (also called as base stations or light houses) have been upgraded so the tracking is better and a larger playing field can be created.

The HTC Vive Pro is connected via the Mini Displayport connection. If you want to connect a larger screen such as a projector or television, you can do this via the HDMI port.
Use your own PC/Laptop
Most customers rent the HTC Vive Pro in combination with a Virtual Reality laptop. We also rent the HTC Vive Pro without a laptop. Do you want to be even more immersed in Virtual Reality? Then choose the HTC Vive Pro wireless solution. With this adapter the HTC Vive Pro is no longer connected with cables to a computer but everything goes wireless. This gives you more freedom of movement and a better Virtual Reality experience. The Vive Wireless adapter comes standard with 2 Vive Battery packs and charger. Each battery pack lasts approximately 4 hours.
The HTC Vive and HTC Pro are not rented with the wireless adapter as standard. If you want to make use of this, please let us know in your request.
